Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. Yea, I've been a moderator on a few hood roblox games, I like to be a part of the community and help build it fr.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I work from home, so I have more time to contribute to the comm. I stream also so I can try and help put on for the city, plus I'm tryna grow my content.
How familiar are you with server rules? All good, I made sure to read them once I first joined a while back.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? First, I'd probably see if someone HR wants to handle it, but if I'm the only Staff online, I'd just follow protocol and remove them if they don't stop after warnings have been said.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? I'd not respond to any conversations other than staff related inquires, I don't got time to be arguing with players, if they continued insults would let a HR know.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? I honestly couldn't tell you a accurate amount but like I was saying I work from home, so I'd most likely be one of the most active staff members, and I fw the game heavy so Imma definitely be tuned in regardless.
Are there specific days/times you're more available? Not really, I'm active throughout the entire week.
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I wanted to be staff for a lil minute, I been watching the game development and waiting for it to drop, I think it got a lot of potential and I just wanna be apart of building up the community
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title If they were banned/warned by a staff member it obviously was for a valid reason, so if they complained I would just make sure to explain why they were banned/warned and instruct them to follow protocol.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? For sure, even though I'm sure there will be higher ranked staff to handle that, but if needed yea I got the experience to issue punishment when valid.
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? I think I got great people skills, I get along with everyone. I'm well versed in discord administration, I'm an adult so I got more time and experience to contribute.
