Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. I have infact, but only to a certain level. I'd say it was a year ago, however I haven't had the energy and time to be one ever since (until now!!). I was the head of management, where I helped oversee staff coordination, take decisions, and handle the needs of other players. As mentioned, I've taken a break, but I'm in a better place time wise now and feel ready to get involved and contribute properly.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I wouldn't call these "skills", but.. I'd say I'm pretty easy to work with and good at talking to people normally, not in a forced "staff tone". I can get along with most people, and I don't go out of my way to start drama or make situations more tense than they need to be. I'm also reliable when I decide to commit to something. I don't just apply to apply, however I'll actually be around, help when needed and do whats expected of me.
How familiar are you with server rules? I'd say I'm very informed about that, since I've been following the game's updates and leak ever since I joined the server.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? If a player is dumb enough to break rules repeatedly, I'd either report to a higher command or use "force" in the moment. However, it depends. If the player is doing something more serious, I'd use "force. If it's less serious, I'd report it in the chain of command so I can make sure y'all agree.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? If a player is being disrespectful to a staff, I'd really hope he is man enough to deal with it himself. If that's not the case, I'd mute him, and constant violation would lead to a temp-ban.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? I'd say around 3 hours a day, since that's when I'm online.
Are there specific days/times you're more available? At weekends, tuesdays and fridays.
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I want to be staff in this server because I like the project you guys are working on. I also spend time in the server, so it feels meaningful to contribute instead of just being another player. I like being a part of something that's active and helping it run well behind "the scenes".
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title I'd make him create an appeal with a formed filled out. I can unban him, but it depends on the severity of the ban. I'm sure the community does not want a constant rulebreaker revived.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Yes.
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? I feel like I've mentioned it all. I've got the time, the experience and the skills.
