Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. Not fivem copies or related fivem games but other popular game i have such as philly streets moderator for 3 months which i did tickets and support 50+ positive feedback 80+ ticket logs | SL2/south london 2 very pay to win game but has over 80m+ visits
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I have experience, im fast working i have a lot of time on my hands as im home schooled
How familiar are you with server rules? Im quite familiar with the rules
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? for me it would depend on the punishment logs which means what punishment that person get for said thing and how many time the person has done so like lets say you get kicked for being a drone or frp 3 time i would ban that person for maybe a day or a hour and then more severe punishment
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? I would kindly tell the person that staff disrespect is not tolerated and if he continue to go on and on i would warn him then if the said person still continue to go on i would time the person out etc etc
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? 20+ hours or as much as possible whenever someone needs me
Are there specific days/times you're more available? No, there are no days/time im most available im available anytime aslong as im home
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I feel I would be good for the staff team because I feel more staff means more support to the game and better development for the server. which means if a streamer need help and a moderator is tied with the streamer help another staff/mod could help the said person who needs help
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title I would tell the said person who is upset the reason as to why they were banned/warned and tell them to reread the rules and try again when they are unbanned or to prevent another warning
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Yes
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? I dont think im better than anyone at the end of the day were all human and if someone does better than me then they deserve the job more than me
