What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I am good at solving problems, paying attention, and helping players have fun.

How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? I’d pull them aside, explain the rule, and let them know it needs to stop. If it keeps happening, there would be a consequence.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? I would talk to the player in private and explain that they need to respect staff. If it keeps happening, there would be a consequence.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? I can commit around 10–15 hours per week

Why do you want to be staff on this server? I want to be staff because I want to help keep the server fun and safe for everyone. I also want to make sure players follow the rules so everyone can have a good experience.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title I would stay calm and listen to them. I would tell them why they got in trouble and be fair.
