Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. Yes, but not mainly staff. I am a developer for games such as "Simple Basketball," and "Elite Basketball". The times I've been staff, I was an Community Manager and Server Manager.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? Good communication skills. Always on top of important things. Very unique and always
How familiar are you with server rules? Yes
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? I would kick, mute, and if necessary I would ban. Then store evidence for the senior staff to see and review if needed.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? First and foremost, not argue, and remain calm regardless of what the situation could be about. I have thick skin and I don't take things personal at all. /PROFESSIONALISM/ is always key.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? 10-15 hours
Are there specific days/times you're more available? At least 2-4 days a week, and mostly 5pm
Why do you want to be staff on this server? Just to make the game where It's suppose to be, so the community can enjoy and feel the game without experiencing buggy situations.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title If they're banned with a reason given, I'll explain what rules they have broken and why the action was taken, or directly have them go to higher ranking staff member if they're upset about it.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Absolutely.
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? My background as a developer gives me a unique perspective. I grasp how systems work which facilitates and identify exploits or bugs more quickly than the average user.
