Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. Yes I used to be staff for Stories of Los Santos, and I mainly used to faction manage for any roleplay I've applied to.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I'm an active person on discord, and a lot of people know me to be helpful staffing and giving advice. Otherwise I'm at school or busy but mainly active.
How familiar are you with server rules? I'm familiar with every roleplay rule and this games current rules. I just got done reading what I need to know.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? I would make it known to a Higher up and try to so what I can on my end trying to fix the situation.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? I would warn the player to be respectful at all times and if not one of the staff will time the player out.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? 5+ hours.
Are there specific days/times you're more available? Mon-Thurs 9 - 3 because of school and Fri-Sun Anytime.
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I'm here to be supportive and helpful because I've played the last game they've made and it was a fun time roleplaying.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title I wouldn't really deal with that person if they really did the misdeed. But if they needed help, I'd recommend making a ticket or contacting staff about it.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Yes, I'm perfectly fine with it. If it means everyone gets a fair chance at roleplaying, I'm all down for it.
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? Being active is what's going to make people want to need my help, because I know how many servers staff just overlook people's needs and I want fairness on Bloods.
