Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. Yes, I have past staff experience on other servers. I helped with enforcing rules, dealing with player reports, and keeping roleplay serious yet remaining fair and professional.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I possess strong communication skills, remain calm in stressful situations, and can handle conflicts fairly and professionally. I understand server rules, take rule-breaking seriously, and know how to separate IC from OOC situations. I’m active, reliable, and willing to learn and follow staff procedures to help maintain high-quality roleplay
How familiar are you with server rules? Even though I am quite familiar with server rules, I take the necessary time to read them carefully and completely. In addition, I make sure that I enforce the rules fairly while keeping the quality and realism of the role play a topmost priority.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? First, I would make certain to let the player know what the rule is that they are breaking and give a clear warning with some aide on how to fix it. If the behavior continued, I would follow the server's punishment guidelines, document incidents, and escalate the situation to higher-ups when necessary. My goal would be to be fair, consistent, and focused on protecting the quality of roleplay.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? I will be calm and professional and will not take it personally. I will remind the player to be respectful and communicate by letting them know that if they continue to be disrepectful towards the staff, it is not acceptable. If the behavior does not cease, I will follow the disciplinary procedures in place by the server. I will be focused on maintaining a sense of order and being clear about the importance of respect.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? I can consistently commit around 10–20 hours per week, with flexibility to be more active when needed

Why do you want to be staff on this server? I want to be on the staff for this server because I love serious roleplaying and I want to help ensure a fair and realistic roleplaying environment. I also follow all the rules for this server and have a strong want to contribute to the community by assisting people in a roleplay environment and by working with the staff to keep the server running nicely for everybody.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title As far as how I would react towards the player: I would take the time to listen to the player respectfully and allow them to give their side of the story without interrupting them. Then, I’d give them an explanation of the reason behind the ban/warning by mentioning the rules that were broken by them.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Yes, I don't have any problems making hard decisions and punishing people when the situation calls for it. I feel that it's impossible to keep a quality RP environment without fairly enforcing rules, and I'm able to do this while remaining calm, objective, and professional at all times. My priority is always consistency and fairness.
