Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. Yes, I was a moderator/admin in many FiveM servers. I have also co-owned some servers. Mainly my role was just to help and make sure that the roleplay was running smoothly. Another part of my role was to test bugs/problems with the game and help figure out ways to solve then, along with suggesting things that most servers never thought about.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? I have strong communication skills, I am able to stay calm in times of need. I don't let my feelings make my decisions, along with always looking at both situations before coming to a conclusion. I am very known with the server rules and I understand the importance of realistic roleplay. I am not biased towards friends or factions and I am strictly only for the servers success. I can be active, responsible, and I take my roles very serious. If I would be staff, I would focus on the server, being organized and fair with everyone. Making sure that everyone is enjoyable for everyone.
How familiar are you with server rules? I'm very familiar with the server rules. I understand rules like RDM/VDM, powergaming, metagaming, fear RP, NLR, and realistic value of life, basically the basics. I make sure to follow every single rule myself. I pay close attention to updates/changes. If I'm ever unsure about something, I make sure to check instead of assuming. I believe knowing the rules isn't just about memorizing them, but fully understanding why they exist and how they keep the server fair and realistic.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? If a player is repeatedly breaking rules, I would handle it no other way but professionally. I would review the situation carefully and make sure that I have very good evidence. I would then speak to the player calmly and explain what exact rule they broke and why it's an issue. If it continues after a warning, I would follow the server's punishment guidelines.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? I would react the same way, remaining calm and professional. I would not argue back or escalate the situation. I would remind them to be respectfully to keep the conversation civil and explain that staff are there to help maintain the server and not be in any conflict.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? I can commit around 15-25 hours per week consistently. I'm able to be active during heavy/active times and I can adjust my schedule when needed. I understand that being staff requires reliability, not just activity, so when I'm on duty I will make sure to be focused on handling reports and helping out the community.
Are there specific days/times you're more available? I'm most available on weekdays after 4PM and on weekends throughout the day. I can easily adjust my schedule if needed for important staff duties or events. I'm committed to being active during active times to help the community and support other staff members.
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I want to be staff on this server because I enjoy helping a fair & enjoyable roleplay environment. I like making sure that all players follow rules, help out with conflicts, and making sure that the server is organized. Being staff would give me the chance to improve the community in a good way, helping out newer players, and making sure that the server is a better place for everyone while staying active and responsible.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title If a player is upset about being banned or warned, I would stay calm and not take it personally. I would explain why & respectfully why the action was taken. Breaking down the rule they broke and any evidence that was shown. I would listen to their concerns, but I would stay firm if the punishment was fair and followed server rules. The goal is to make sure that they understand the rules and improve from it, not to argue but to de-escalate the situation.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? Yes, I have been in many situations where I had to make tough decisions and issuing punishments when necessary. I fully understand that staff need to be fair and consistent, even if it's not popular. I always follow server rules and guidelines, and I make sure my decisions are based on evidence and policy, not personal feelings. My priority is keeping the server fair, safe, and enjoyable for everyone.
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? I think what would make me stand out as a staff member is my ability of responsibility, patience, and attention to detail. I am able to stay calm in stressful situations, treat everyone with respect and fairly, and making sure that rules are being enforced consistently. I'm also very active and committed for the server. I can be relied on during peak times to handle reports, resolve conflicts, and help improve the server.
