Have you been staff on other servers? If yes, briefly explain your role. Yes I have been a Admin in Atlanta Scenes WL server and helped out alot modding in game and stopping frp in action my plan is to come to Saint RP and do the same but better at a fresh new start.
What skills do you have that would make you a good staff member? My skills is that I am active and care for the community. I like to hear what others have to say to help make it a better environment and experience for everyone who plays.
How familiar are you with server rules? I am very familiar with the rules nothing different from other WL servers but hopefully it can be a real strict RP than others. With me as staff I can be a big help to Saint RP and show why I will be one of the best staff members.
How would you handle a player breaking the rules repeatedly? They will be warned to whatever the rules are and if they go beyond what the rules are they will face any consequences that they deserve.
How would you deal with a player being disrespectful to staff? They will sit on a timeout because we do not need a toxic community and specifically staff arguing back and forth with the community it shows lack of professionalism and will make us look not as strict rp we promised.
How many hours per week can you commit to being staff? 40 hours
Are there specific days/times you're more available? Weekdays after 2PM, Weekends all Day.
Why do you want to be staff on this server? I want staff so I can help this become a better RP server and prove that I can help Saint RP become one of the best upcoming RP that discord or roblox has ever seen.
How would you deal with a situation where a player is upset about being banned or warned? Untitled Title I will inform them to make a ticket to talk to someone who can help them because again a staff job is limited and can’t help everyone but if they do make a ticket I will be able to help them or find them a staff member who can help them in the ticket.
Are you comfortable making tough decisions or issuing punishments when necessary? fully comfortable, As a staff member you must make tough decisions to discipline a couple members to better the rest and make the server a better RP and make it fair so nobody feels left out.
Is there anything that you feel would make you stand out as a staff member? I will stand out for my activity and my ability to care for others and try my best to help them to the best of my abilities so the server members feel good and makes me feel good about myself that I help people that needed help.
